Twitter Fails on calling its self not a social networkWhen I first read the  ReadWriteWeb’s Sarah Perez’s story on a Twitter Exec claiming Twitter is NOT a social network, it kind of caught me off guard. I mean I always assumed Twitter was for social networking, mind you in a more public, information based, social networking of course. Twitter has always been to me, like Facebook or LinkedIn, all about how you use the service.

Previously I have talked about the things your website needs and the offsite things you can do to make your website successful, so the next piece seemed very organic - why should I operate a blog? Well a couple key reasons - content for search engines, reasons for people to visit your site again, and establishing yourself as an expert in your field.
